Romainian Red Garlic is a hardneck variety of garlic that is spicy. It’s the hottest variety we grow, and it comes in great heads with 5-7 super large easy peel cloves. It holds up well for roasting and cooking and is a star in raw dishes as well. Really nice Reddish papered cloves are beautiful as well. Lovely spicy scapes in June! You can expect 4-5 heads per lb.
