Crabapple jelly, with its distinctive flavor, is a specialty jelly. Ours is made by harvesting Golden Hornet Crabapples, then steam juicing them and making jelly from the juice. The color is fabulous; the taste is of course apple centric with sweet-tart notes. It’s fantastic on toast, in a sandwich, or also a great choice for using in a reduction sauce for poultry or pork.
