Music Garlic is impressive all around! This is a hardneck variety Large size bulbs that are 1/4 lb or larger with large well defined cloves! These bulbs will have 4-8 extra large cloves that have nice pink to tan wrap that easily peel. It is great raw and also makes excellent roasted garlic. It has good storage life for a hardneck and is considered medium hot in flavor. One large clove will flavor a whole dish!
