This Spring has been a wet one for certain in the PNW! Last year, we were irrigating garlic by May 1st and this year, it looks as though Mother Nature is doing the work for us! As evidenced by grass growing an inch a day! That being said, the garlic is looking ah-maz-ing thus far. We have an early variety, China Stripe, that will be ready to dig in a few weeks. We’ve already harvested Scapes, (see related post about Scapes) and now we need two good dry weeks to help this finish out before dig.
