2026 Inchelium Red Garlic

Description

Inchelium Red was discovered in Washington State and is a wonderful softneck artichoke variety of garlic.  Another solid producer, with larger size heads that have10-20 large cloves inside.  It’s flavor has medium spice and harvest mid season.  You can use this garlic for any culinary use, raw or cooked and it will not disappoint.  With so many large cloves inside, it multiplies fast in your garden and you will be pleased with the large harvest! Inchelium is an excellent keeper and will last nearly a year in your pantry
