Vekan Garlic is a glazed hard neck garlic. It originates from the Czech Republic and is also sometimes called Vekak. Medium to large sized bulbs with great yield. 8-12 cloves per bulb. It’s an excellent storing garlic for a hard neck, and also mid-season producer. Average is 6-8 bulbs per pound. We love this garlic as it is beautiful, purple skins, and the flavor is mild enough for fresh use, but also stands up well to roast. A great all-around garlic for sure!
